"Quick Mocha Brownies" Recipe
Prepare box brownie mix and add 2 tbsp/30 mL Watkins All Natural Coffee Extract before baking. (Use more or less extract according to personal flavor preference.) Bake according to brownie mix directions.

Optional: Top with Coffee Buttercream Frosting.
"Coffee Buttercream Frosting" Recipe

• 1 stick butter, softened
• 4 cups/1,000 mL powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons/30 mL heavy cream
• 2 teaspoons/10 mL Watkins Coffee Extract

Mix butter and powdered sugar one cup at a time. Once incorporated add in heavy cream or milk and coffee extract. Blend well. Use to frost brownies, cupcakes, cookies, or cake.
