I think that the cumulative total of the dams supplying Brisbane is around 17% at the moment and it's generally been attributed to global warming since it's the "worst drought in over 100 years". We have had very little rain. It's great how so many people have changed their water usage habits :) however I think that the water restrictions could be tougher (they still allow people to water their gardens with buckets!)
