Cinnamon-Raisin Swirl Bread

Use frozen bread dough to make homemade Cinnamon-Raisin Swirl Bread.
  1. Thaw frozen bread dough.
  2. Roll out into a rectangle.
  3. Spread surface of dough with melted butter or an egg wash made with one beaten egg and two teaspoons of warm water.
  4. Sprinkle with white granulated sugar and Watkins Cinnamon.
  5. Sprinkle with raisins that have been plumped in hot water for 10 minutes and drained.
  6. Tightly roll dough to form loaf. Pinch seam together. Place seam side down in a buttered loaf pan 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches and let rise to 1/2 inch above the top of the pan.
  7. Bake in 375 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool loaf, slice, and enjoy!

Cinnamon-Raisin Swirl Bread tastes great plain, with butter. toasted and buttered with Watkins Cinna-Cream Sprinkles. Also use to make French Toast, Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding, or for chicken salad sandwiches.
